As our Indonesian-speaking VIP Host, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high-value players. Your role transcends the typical customer service position as you will be the ambassador of our casino. Your goal is not just to resolve issues, but to provide tailored solutions that go above and beyond their expectations, making each interaction a memorable experience. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will form the foundation of these connections. Building trust and rapport with our VIP players will be your daily mission, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated on a personal level.

Please note that in this role our team works 6 days a week for 6 hours a day.

Mon - Friday - 9am - 2pm (Office)
Mon - Friday - 9pm - 11pm (Home)
Saturday: OFF
Sunday - 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home)
