About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Account Coordinator. This role supports the smooth activities of client accounts by coordinating daily tasks, assisting with routine client needs, and ensuring account information remains accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide updates and respond to standard inquiries.
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to support account activities.
Maintain accurate client account records within internal systems.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed efficiently.
Track open tasks, monitor progress, and support consistent client communication.
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer support or client account coordination roles is helpful.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
