Description
Project Coordination:
• Assist the CEO in managing ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and providing updates on progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Manage the CEO’s personal and professional matters as needed, ensuring seamless integration between their work and personal life.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and real estate-specific software.
• Experience with social media management and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Familiarity with the US real estate market.
