Pay Rate: $46,000
• The compensation for the role will start out at $44K during their first few weeks until they obtain their P&C Insurance license, and then will bump to $46K
Must-Haves:
• 3+ years of virtual operational leadership experience.
• Proven experience supervising call center agents in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools.
• Spanish Bilingual proficiency (will be required to pass an assessment).
Plus:
• P&C License
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Virtual Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of 15-20 customer service sales agents in a virtual environment.
