What’s the role?
Virtual Lending is a team of Bankers and Home Finance Managers who use digital channels like video calling to help get our customers sorted when it comes to their finances. It’s fast. Secure. And you’ll be in the front line of our great service culture using the latest innovative tech.
What do I need?
Home lending experience and a rock-solid understanding of how our systems/ credit policies work is desirable. That means you’ll ideally have some home lending experience in servicing customers and have a natural ability to build relationships quickly and easily with customers. You’ll have some knowledge of our mortgage products and services, experience in handling end-to-end mortgage sales, operate in a virtual environment or insurance/account opening knowledge
