About the Role:
• Create and manage virtual manufacturing environments and simulations for automated processes, including AFP, SCF3D, Automated Trimming, and Filament Winding.
• Develop digital models of robots and end-effectors compatible with our ecosystem.
• Analyze and design manufacturing simulations for diverse applications, such as pressure vessels, automotive components, and aerospace structures.
• Provide technical support to customers with simulation and programming challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams by providing technical insights.
• Create documentation and training materials for simulation best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• Experience in robotics simulation within industrial/manufacturing contexts.
• Understanding of robotic kinematics, path planning, and offline programming.
• Experience with simulation software packages (experience with AddPath/AddPrint advantageous).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (composites experience desirable).
• Proficiency in CAD data and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and English communication abilities.
