What You'll Do
As a Virtual MLT Consultant, you’ll support our clinical and operations teams by:
• Reviewing data and providing expert feedback
• Assisting with test and assay assessments
• Offering insightful recommendations on lab workflows, data interpretation, and patient-focused lab strategies
• Collaborating on the design of lab processes or evaluation tools
What to Expect
• Fully virtual work, done on your own schedule
• No minimum hour commitment — involvement is as-needed, based on internal project timelines and support needs
• Opportunities to collaborate with clinicians, product leads, and lab operations
What We’re Looking For
• Certified MLT in good standing (preferably with CMLTO or equivalent)
• Strong chemistry background and experience working with lab data and assessments
• Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Comfortable providing feedback and collaborating remotely
