Roles and responsibilities
• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Through leads make outbound and cold calls.
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Maintains customer relationships.
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.
• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Manage sales pipeline.
• Complete the daily sales target assigned and update the End-of-day target.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting sales deliverance is mandatory
• Self starter with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
Skills and qualifications
• Relevant experience of 2+ years in the Finance or Edtech industry.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to develop new sales strategies and implement them.
• The capacity to adjust through challenging circumstances.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
