Job Description
· Preparing the documents so that the clients do not face any challenges in submitting
· Resolving the escalations made by the applicant and the Embassy over Emails.
· Preparing the daily report which has to be shared with the Embassy
· Make necessary arrangement to transfer the visa fee to the Embassy.
· Coordinating with all the Embassy over call and Emails.
· Handling all the visa documentation for the clients from pan India.
the documents to VFS/ Embassy.
· Keep a track of passport which has been submitted and collected from the Embassy
Ensure timely quality check is done for all applications across all branches Ensure timely submission of visa application and collection of passports across all branches Coordinate with implants and internal business with regards to their visa applications.Travel to different locations within India to handle clients when requiredAdditional responsibilities may include, customer service issue follow-up and resolution, visa and/or passport processing, voids, refunds, exchanges, and split ticketingFacilitate visa processing

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
