Job Title: Sales Intern – Digital Marketing Services
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune & Delhi. (Remote)
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month + Up to 20% Performance-based incentives on each closer.

We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Intern to join our team. Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Intern, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, close sales, and help us expand our client base for various digital marketing services. Your duties will include:
• Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Actively search for potential clients who may benefit from our digital marketing services.
• Client Calls & Sales Conversion: Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain our services, and persuade them to engage with our agency for their marketing needs.
• Daily Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with leads and clients to keep them engaged and ensure successful conversions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and repeat sales.
• Maintain Client Data: Keep accurate records of all leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in a well-organized database.
• Closing Deals: Focus on converting leads into clients by providing strategic solutions and closing sales successfully.
• Assisting with Sales Strategies: Work closely with the sales team to refine sales approaches, develop pitch strategies, and enhance client outreach.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the agency.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
• A basic understanding of digital marketing services, including GMB optimization, Facebook/Google Ads, Instagram growth, and performance marketing.
• Experience in sales or tele-calling is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain client data and follow-ups.
• Goal-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to learn.
