Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Designer fills an important role in the design team, overseeing all design projects from conception to delivery. This includes designing original pieces, reviewing junior designers' work to ensure high quality, and collaborating with clients to build brands that create sustainable success.
• Conceptualization: Develop unique design strategies and initiate the creation of new products and services.
• Craft: Create identities and communications that engage people and make companies great.
• Creation and Implementation: Nurture and inspire the next generation of design talent while managing business development and overseeing creative excellence throughout the design process.
• Skill Development: Support the Design Director by mentoring junior designers and promoting professional growth within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Branding & Identity expertise
• Strong designer and client communication skills
• Ability to develop creative strategy and drive innovation
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop
