Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visitor Services position located in Navi Mumbai. The Visitor Services staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Additional duties include managing visitor logs, coordinating with different departments, handling inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the visitor area.
Qualifications
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and information dissemination skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage inquiries and provide accurate information
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus
