Role: Visual Merchandiser
Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 Days Working
Preferred Education: NIFT graduate – Fashion Communication, Lifestyle Accessory Design, Fashion Design

Role Overview
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser who can bring our brand to life through thoughtful product display, layout planning, and aesthetic storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
• Design visual layouts for product listings, campaigns, and packaging
• Create planograms, styling guides, and set briefs for product shoots
• Work with product and marketing teams to align merchandising with storytelling and festive calendars
• Assist in designing in-box experiences and packaging aesthetics
• Conduct research on trends, materials, and competitor visuals
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across platforms (website, social, retail, gifting)
Requirements
• NIFT graduate (B.Des or M.Des in Fashion Communication / Accessory Design / Lifestyle or equivalent)
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with experience in visual storytelling
• Familiarity with display principles, color theory, layout, and moodboarding
• Working knowledge of design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva
• Interest in Indian crafts, rituals, and cultural design is a plus
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome with strong portfolios)
