Our NSW store teams are looking for an innovative and highly organised Visual Merchandising manager to drive store presentation standards, identify and action merchandising opportunities to increase sales and assist with implementation of window & in-store VM concepts.
With a total of 37 Stores, including NSW Metro, NSW Regional & ACT, you will be responsible for liaising with Store Teams, VM/Stock Coordinators & Retail Support Centre (RSC) Teams.
Please note, travel will be a requirement of the role.
Our Visual Merchandise Managers:
Are responsible for effective merchandising, planning and implementation of floor changes, adapting to store layout as required
Efficiently and accurately process frequent and large stock deliveries, including checking off incoming deliveries and processing outgoing stock transfers and stock validation
Ensure the stock room is maintained and all stock is stored appropriately, to support staff accessibility
Ensure store presentation standards drive customer engagement, brand awareness and sales
Implement and maintain Visual Merchandising standards throughout Taking Shape stores
Educate and train teams to understand and maintain visual merchandising presentation standards and principles
Build understanding of our ranges and products’ features and benefits to drive the business
Partner closely with Area Manager and VM & Stock Coordinators to identify and recognise commercial opportunities
Regularly review store presentation standards, identify and action merchandising opportunities

Have developed a keen attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
