As a Customer Associate at Lumen you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience to our valued customers. This exciting opportunity will allow you exercise your excellent sales and service skills while growing within a leading technology company.
The position is responsible for fielding inbound online chats and calls from potential and existing customers, resolving complex questions, solving issues, and selling CenturyLink products and services as solutions for customer’s communication, technology, and entertainment needs.
The role includes establishing new accounts in the billing system, providing customer service and solutions to problems, handling credit inquiries, resolving customer complaints, explaining technical solutions, and asking discovery questions to understand needs.
Minimum Qualifications
• 2 to 4 years (only) of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment, experience handling inbound/outbound calls working with US process.
(Supporting US based customers – No Domestic Experience)
• Exemplary oral and written communications / comprehension skills in English.
• Background in a customer focused or problem-solving environment.
• Promotes and sells products and services to customers.
• Ability to work independently without direct, onsite supervision.
• Proficient in working with several computer applications and databases, managing through multiple systems programs and screens simultaneously.
• Strong customer focus, problem solving skills, and time management skills.
• Experience in complaint handling and resolution
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
• Proficient PC Windows-based computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Suite of products
• Minimum typing speed 35+ WPM
Interview/Selection process: -
• Candidates will undergo SpeechX test – Elimination round.
• All test cleared candidates will have Technical, Managerial & HR discussions.
