• This is a voice & non-voice data-entry & writing type of customer service or back-end support job done through chat and email
• Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
• Candidate must have good command in English and Hindi.Handling calls/queries/ requests pertaining to product and service for inbound calls effectively
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Fresher candidate most welcome
