Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
Provide feedback on customer trends or recurring issues to the team lead or manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
