Dear Candidates ,We are looking for a talented and experienced Researcher in Ahmedabad location.As a Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting telephonic surveys/interviews through cold calling and collecting data using both manual and automation tools.Job Profile : ResearcherResponsibilitiesConduct telephonic surveys/interviews through cold calling and collect data.Work with both manual and automation tools to collect data.Meet daily and weekly targets.Ensure quality data collection and maintain confidentiality.Work in any shift, day or night, as per the project requirements.Attend a 5-day training period, which will be paid after completing 3 months.Receive performance-based incentives, which will be quarterly calculated and paid.Be between 30 to 35 years of age.Have at least 1 year of international outbound calling experience.Work full-time, Monday to Saturday, with a full day of +.5 hours.Have the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.RequirementsFluent in English.Strong communication skills.Experience in international outbound calling for at least 1 year.Ability to work in any shift, day or night.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.SalaryThe salary range for the position of Researcher/Sr. Researcher (Executive Position) will be from 20K to 30K CTC, including incentive, bonus, and variables, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.PF, ESIC, Prof. Tax may be applicable, and they will be deducted according to government rules.To apply for this position, please send your updated resume and contact details to [HIDDEN TEXT] or WhatsApp us at .We look forward to hearing from you soon.Regards,MonikaSI Placements International
