About This Organization
Bring happiness in lives of students from government schools of remote rural areas via free Education which involves:
• Career Coaching: Guiding and helping students to build their capabilities and skills to meet their career goals.
• Technology Awareness: Educating students and teachers about computers and its application in their lives and career.
Website development - JavaScript coding assistance
Our initiative is about enabling teachers in remote rural areas with technology tools that help them perform their regular educational and administrative work faster and save more time for students. We already started the initiative and need volunteers who can help us on a pro-bono basis in creating some application codes (functionalities) using AppScript or Javascript. We have already identified a design for the app and now need some coding help in AppScript or Javascript. We just need the right skilled volunteer on a pro-bono basis to bring a positive change in society with the help of technology.
We have been working with government education departments and teachers to understand their pain areas and believe that technology tools can really make their life easy. An approach for implementation is already been defined. We now want them to get a feel of it as this will drive them towards a change with technology.
Once an app is implemented, we will
• train teachers and local education department to do routine work without papers
• motivate them to use their time in learning ICT tools with our team
• enable usage of technology in other areas of their routine life.
