Job Description
InMobi group has always built extremely large-scale platforms for the mobile
economy. Our products and developed and run entirely on the cloud, and various
SaaS offerings fulfill all our department-specific IT needs. As a cloud-native
organization, our IT charter is focused on ensuring that all business operations are
conducted via connected applications. Be it HR analytics, revenue recognition for
a global business, contract management, or even digital marketing; the problem
statement has long moved away from installing software and managing servers
to finding ways that each employee can be productive when performing in their
roles while also ensuring that all of the enterprise data remains connected and
consistent. This role shall work closely with various department heads to
understand their business processes and solve the selection, implementation, and
integration of appropriate SaaS tools to meet the overall objective.
Skills and Qualifications
Overall 15+ years of experience with a min of 5-7 years in a
similar role designing and launching digital platforms
Proven track record of leading successful digital
transformation projects
Understand core business processes and associated technical
solutions
Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking
forward
Experience managing and leading a digital team
Proven influencing and collaboration skills
