Title - VP Employee Data Management
Role incumbent will be responsible for dentify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility, create solutions for situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objective etc.,
Looking for HRO professional who has worked on core EDM process, global workforce data management etc.,
Should have at least managed 100 FTE
Should have international experience into the US and UK markets but they need to have US experience which is mandatory
Workday experience, any applicant tracking systems, etc is preferrable
Hands on with operational experience is important
