Your work profile
As a Consultant in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
• Support the delivery of HR transformation projects, including process design, employee experience initiatives, and HR technology implementations.
• Conduct research and basic analysis to support client recommendations and development of project deliverables.
• Support assigned HC Advisory workstreams and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to defined quality standards.
• Work closely with senior team members to track progress, flag risks or issues, and support effective project execution.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building activities within the team.
