Designation: VP - Private Wealth
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Chief Business Officer - Private Wealth
Broader Role / Responsibilities
The Vice President- Private Wealth shall be responsible for recruiting a high performing team who shall be incharge of acquiring High Net Worth relationships, retaining such relationships by delivering the best standards of services.
S/He would be expected to establish strong ties with them by designing & implementing their financial plans in collaboration with Certified financial planners at the company; and by ensuring they receive and execute the right advice.
• Build and nurture a high performing team of 3-4 Private Wealth Managers
• Should be experienced in selling bespoke / customised products to Ultra HNIs.
• Responsible for overseeing acquisition & advising HNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent)
• Maintaining client relationships of preferred clients.
• Advise affluent clients on their investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients.
• Research, investigate on available investment opportunities/financial market trends to determine whether they fit into client's portfolios.
• Collaborate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients.
• Conduct seminars, workshops and other business development activities.
• Experience working in a Broking/Banking/wealth management outfit.
• Manage clients with a minimum Investment amount of 1 crore and above.
Requirements
• 8 years working within a sales environment preferably in a BFSI / Finance sector
• 3 years of team management experience
• Ambitious, focussed and keen to be part of a UNICORN journey.
• Excellent communication skills & relationship management skills
• Expansive thinking, with phenomenal execution ability.
• Must believe in leading from the front.
