Key Accountabilities
As a senior HRRM the incumbent will closely work with the senior leaders of elVB & senior leaders of the respective Regions to drive the HR (Talent) Agenda for the unit. You will strategize and act as trust advisor to senior leaders at the Bank to share & drive the HR strategy
The Incumbent in the role will partner with the leaders across Elvb to drive Change and transformation so as to ensure integration of HR practices, policies and culture with the overall DBS philosophy.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Experience in HR with high-impact strategic change management/organizational design.
Identify innovative solutions to influence change management initiatives and enhance employee engagement basis employee feedback
Effective consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders across all levels, functions, and geographies to drive organizational change. Create a trusted and valued experience for business leaders and HR partners
Leverage knowledge of market and talent to drive best practice outcomes around the talent and people agenda
Support or participate in development and coaching to managers and emerging leaders, in partnership with the development team.
Partner with leaders to drive organizational culture in line with business principles
Support HRBPs in cross-LOB and large-scale initiatives and lead and/or actively participate in HR projects, aligned to key identified HR priorities
Support year-end compensation process by ensuring that providing guidance on compensation planning as appropriate and supporting managers through compensation decisions.
Manage employee grievances and investigations at a ground level and integrate them within the ER framework and grievance redressal process of DBS
