We are hiring for one of the client - Leading Bank.
Location: Mumbai
Looking for to work independently and manage the entire TA Functions at PAN India Level.
Minimum Experience required is 10+ years from Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 colleges only.
Should have managed below:
• BFSI Domain
• Talent Acquisition - P&L Management for entire franchise
• People Management at a Large Scale.
• Should have experience in Planning, Budgeting for the year & assigned Line of Businesses.
• Drive the Recruitment strategy & various programs.
• Stakeholder Management
