Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandling end-to-end recruitment in all districts (700+) across Pan India.Candidate with 4 to 10 yrs of recruitment experience in 2, 3 & 4Tier cities.Should be able to communicate in multiple languagesShould have hired field force (can visit door to door) in multiple regions.Sourcing screening, shortlisting profilesDesired Candidate ProfileMust have done hiring in 2, 3 or 4Tier cities.Preference to candidates who have experience in BFSI segment/ Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG / FMCD background.Good communication skills and negotiation.Have Strong Experience in EXCEL and WORD.Experience 4 yr to 10 yrs in recruitmentExperience in bulk hiring is a must.Should be able to communicate in multiple languageNo of opening 20Can relocate to Mumbai, accommodation can be providedPerks and BenefitsPF, Bonus, Performance Cash Rewards
