Position : STEWARD
Company : Kgees Hill Town Hotel
Location : Kattappana , Kerala
Reports To : Manager
Key Responsibilities
· Welcoming guests: Greeting guests when they enter and leave the hotel
· Table service: Assigning tables to guests, setting and decorating tables, and taking orders
· Food storage: Receiving food supplies and storing them appropriately
· Cleaning: Ensuring that all surfaces and utensils are clean and meet health department requirements
· Communication: Communicating with the wait and kitchen staff
· Guest satisfaction: Listening to guests' needs and ensuring their satisfaction
· Supervising: Supervising the stewarding department and the activities of evening stewards
Stewards should have good communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in teams. They should also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with the wait and kitchen staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
