Position: HR Recruiter (Paid Internship)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Candidates with career gaps are warmly encouraged to apply.
Stipend: Based on interview performance
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job roles and requirements
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Shortlist resumes and schedule interviews with internal teams
• Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process and post-selection
• Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR recruitment
• Solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
• Open to candidates with career gaps
