POSITION OVERVIEW: We are looking for a passionate, result-focused recruiter who is fanatical about delivering an amazing experience for each candidate and hiring manager they engage with. You will be responsible for our recruitment team to attract, source and pipeline exceptional talent to join our business, as well as influencing staffing decisions by applying acute knowledge of the organization and deep expertise of external markets. This is not simply an order taking role, but rather a decision influencer accountable for the quality of hire for the brand and the overall business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions up to team lead level Strategically utilize job portals, networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive Candidates Preliminary screening/Shortlisting of candidates through telecom/personal meeting Conduct competency based interviews to check their suitability and facilitating the interview process Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/ maximum traction for hiring at all time. Responsible for offer discussions and closures Maintaining hiring trackers and generating daily reports Will be responsible for joining formalities and onboarding for all new hires Ensuring that employee records are compiled and updated SPOC for background checks verification and ensure the same is completed as per SLAs Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Preparation of various letters as per requirement (Offer cum Appointment Letters, Exit Documents, etc.) Preparing monthly payroll input without any errors Maintaining HRIS of the employees as per SLA Interview Schedule: Dates: 6 and 7 Feb 2020 Timings: 11:30 am - 3:30 pm Required Candidate profileFemale Candidate with 1-3 years of relevant HR work experience preferably in Multinational organizationsCandidates passed out in the year 2017 onwards should only applyMBA Graduate with specialization in Human Resources as major field of study / BA Psychology Hons. students can also applyCandidates residing at South Delhi & Gurgaon locations would be preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeFluency in English (both written and verbal) is requiredStrong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of personnel in a global matrix organizationMature, reliable individual with strong integrityTeam playerGood analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multi-tasksAble to work effectively across multi-functional and multi-cultural environmentGood problem solver and adaptable to changePlease read the job description carefully before applying Perks and Benefits Day Shifts; Saturday & Sunday Weekly OffsEducationUG :B.A in Arts&Humanities, PsychologyPG :MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial RelationsDoctorate :Doctorate Not Required
