Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015 Job Responsibilities: Reconciliation of Accounts receivables, payables & bank Bookkeeping & Finalization of Accounts Preparation of Corporation Tax Preparing month end and quarter end management accounts GST working and reconciliation Preparation of excel schedules and workings to support financial statements Maintains fixed assets, prepaid and other accounting schedules. Records depreciation/amortization expense. Supports period close activities and completes assigned tasks in a timely manner. Assists with financial statement preparation and other reporting deliverables. Conducts basic financial statement analysis. Supports audit preparation and tax filing activities. Other duties as required. Ability to client handling & project Prior exp in client comm Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education: Any Graduation/Post-Graduation in Commerce/ MBA Finance Professional Certifications (CA- Inter, CA, EA, CPA etc.) will be considered as a plus. Experience 2 to 10 years Software: Demonstrated experience performing accounting functions in applications such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage Intacct, Bill.Com Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). Language: Excellent English oral and written communication skills required. Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: High level of attention to detail required. Strong communications skills: willingness to communicate on consistent basis with team in US Strong analytical and basic research skills Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to self-manage work assignments and prioritize work activities.
