RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for rendering direct quality nursing care to the patient in her respective area Responsible to take over needed shortage,brakage of articles, drugs of inventory and inform higher authorities Providing assistance to the medical and paramedical staff as and when required Manage the department in absence of Senior Nurse Handle patient grievances and coordinate with other department for smooth functioning of department and patient care Responsible to maintain patients record To supervise nursing school student trainee in the respective clinical/nursing area and guide them. Coordinate head nurse in inventory Checking Handle untoward incidents in her department and inform higher authorities at the earliest Responsible to keep updated oneself about latest nursing Knowledge & to attend in service education regularly Responsible for supervising subordinate and housekeeping staff Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: • Food provided • Health insurance • Leave encashment • Provident Fund Schedule: • Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: • Overtime pay • Shift allowance Education: • Diploma (Preferred) Experience: • Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Do you have valid Maharastra Nursing Council Registration?
