Job Description
Duties & Responsiblities:
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers. Follow up for issues related to refund & payments Giving Outstanding Statements Weekly. Bank Coordination & preparing cheque for vendors. Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts. must have knowledge of Import Export related to band work. Need to have Knowledge of Bill Entry / Purchased / Sales entry. Technical Skills Required
• Knowledge of accounting softwares such as Tally.
Knowledge of Data entry activities Knowledge of calculation & filing of the following taxes
• Gst, Tds, PT Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
Should be presentable with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Petty Cash Handling Handling Payroll Receivables and Payable Also can handle Import & export for Jewelry Company Documents Required :
