Technical Skills-Tally Software Accounting
Must have own two wheeler

• Manpower Planning & Recruitment
• Induction & Onboarding-Documentation + Reference Checks
• Leave & Salary Management
• Incentive calculations
• Daily & Weekly Performance Review of Staff members throughKRA & KPI reviews
• Daily Accounting + Monthly Coordination with the CA
• Conduct Employee Engagement Activities-Weekly
• Make Training Calender & arrange Trainers as per schedule for staff
• PMS
• FNFS
• Office Administration
• Maintain MIS

Salary is negotiatble for right candidate
