Build Expertise to identify & support in mitigating social risks.
Support monitoring of supply chain & Drive remediation
Integrate compliance services including Supply Chain Security
Build capability for Alternate tools monitoring.
Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for managing all facility and supplier data including new factory creation, factory information changes and other work queues
Responsible for audit / audit reports administration and follow ups.
Responsible for Supplier communication (Assessment notification, Audit due notification, Audit follow up).
Responsible for a smooth and effective supplier support to ensure compliance in the facilities.
Essential Functions of the Job
Facility & Supplier Management
Responsible for new facility approvals, factory information administration, market support & Systems support.
Responsible for managing & maintaining of facility information and database.
Responsible for factory creation, change requests and handling other requests generated in the system.
Responsible for handling Manual change requests with proper check and control of disclosure forms /emails.
Audit Administration:
Support SCS, Food Safety and FCCA audit administration process for facilities
Supporting and managing supplier onboarding for responsible sourcing (RS) requirements (sharing RS documents/ training links to supplier to assist with their understanding of RS requirements).
Ensuring facility follow Walmart compliance requirement protocols on facility and supplier onboarding
Providing necessary support for facility activation / inactivation for RS, SCS, FCCA and food safety requirements.
Managing sourcing channel information of the facility based on Walmart protocol and the supplier associated with the facility.
Responsible for assigning audit requests in Factory audit system.
Responsible for tracking audit due dates for active facilities in the system based on the expiry dates.
Stakeholder Management & Supplier Communication:
Responsible for managing supplier communication through assessment notifications, audit due notification or other related support.
Responsible for providing supplier support as a single point of contact for facility compliance administration relating to RS.
Responsible for maintaining and updating supplier contact database.
Responds to queries received from all internal stake holders.
Coordinate and notify all stakeholders on changes made to Facility database.
Ensuring that all stakeholders are appropriately notified of final assessments, critical alerts, factory status updates (information changes, inactivation, etc.)
To support supplier in providing system support and resolving issues faced by supplier including access, process etc.
Respond to queries received from all internal stake holders.
To be single point of contact for all supplier queries relating to Responsible sourcing compliance queries.
Responsible for supporting supplier on providing guidance for onboarding queries.
To ensure compliance as per protocol and to support supplier on disclosure, facility creation, facility activation / inactivation, supplier association and disassociation.
To work with governance and support suppliers in providing clarifications related to approved audit programs and audit scope clarifications.
To support and ensure smooth execution of audit administration tasks including follow up with suppliers and closure of audits due.
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes/Other requirements
Understanding in the field of social/trade/food compliance experience is preferred.
Knowledge of systems and process in supply chain and familiar with various industries is preferred.
Strong communication skills including written and verbal skills. Must have good command of English.
Knowledge of excel at intermediate level
Takes full ownership for achieving and delivering desired outcomes with factories and suppliers
Adaptable and flexible, adjusting to multiple demands.
Exhibits a high level of integrity and ethics
Teamwork: Ability to work within a team and with all other supporting groups.
Customer centered: Ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Planning: Ability to Plan solutions and time management to achieve performance objectives. And well organized.
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
