About the Role
In this role, you will provide high quality service to our staff, patients, and their families. You will be responsible for admitting, discharging, and transferring of patients, along with keeping electronic records up-to-date and ensuring all confidential data is handled correctly.
This a permanent part time position in the Women's Health team based at Middlemore Hospital. You will work for 7 shifts on / 7 off – a total of (52.5hours) per fortnight.
About You
You will bring extensive administrative experience from the health sector or another large, complex organisation. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. You will be proficient in the use of all standard Microsoft Office software. Prior iPM and Maternity software knowledge will be an advantage for this role.
Essential skills:
Exceptional and proven customer service skills, preferably in a front desk environment
A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role
Great typing skills
