Description
Responsible for nursing care of patient, and overall welfare and well being of patient in the Hospital.
Ø Attending in-service programmes and updating professional knowledge to render better services to patient and Hospital.
Ø Interpersonal relationship with patient, attendants, visitors and other staff of the ward
Ø Upkeep of the ward, Nurses station and ancillary areas.
Ø Demand, receipt, upkeep and inventory control and check of drugs and other patient care consumables and non-consumables.
Ø Reception of patient on admission, checking into room, making the patient comfortable, briefing the patient about Hospital rules and facilities and informing the Doctor / Consultant.
Ø Should be capable of handling patients while admission/Discharge.
Ø Ward rounds with Doctors, follow up of patients, medication, investigation and documentation.
Ø Constant care and vigil of the patient and informing the doctor if there is any change in the condition.
Ø Carry out the orders of doctors and assist them in procedures.
Ø Transfer-in/out of patient and conveyance of patient for investigations.
Ø To give best Pre-operativeand post operative care of patients.
Ø Attend to personal, medical and nursing needs of the patients.
Ø Supervision of diet / meals to the patients.
Ø Supervision of change of patient clothing and Hospital linen.
Ø Checking and maintenance of Bio-medical of the ward and other non- medical filings.
Ø Ensure adherence of visitor timings.
Ø Enlighten achievements of Hospital to the patients and attendants.
Ø In case of Hospital death, complete all formalities with dignity and concern.
Ø Should work with other ward staff as a team to ensure cooperation and coordination.
Ø Should be aware of each and every facility available in the Hospital.
Ø Should be a good communicator and ensure telephone etiquette and respond to enquiries intelligently and politely.
Ø Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures.
Ø Should carry out any other duty assigned by her / his superiors from time to time.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
