We're looking for a talented & experienced Operations Executive in Bengaluru.
This is an incredible opportunity to work with the CEO and Operations Head- West at a high-growth startup to drive meaningful impact.
This is an in-person office role and you must be based in Banglore.
Responsibilities
• Help manage operations at our dark stores in Banglore.
• Work closely with company customers (D2C/E-Commerce Brands) and support them in expansion/growth in south India.
• Ensure streamlined Supply Chain across dark stores to drive ~100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & meet SLAs.
• Responsible for managing & motivating teams at our office-cum-dark store (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, delivery fleets).
• Weekly audits and MIS reporting to Operations Head south and Management.
• Help create a rockstar culture amongst your team to scale to profitability.
Qualifications
• 1-4 years of Operations or Supply Chain Experience, preferably at B2B E- commerce/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics tech companies.
