We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support our manufacturing and logistics operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organization, efficiency, and keeping operations running smoothly.
The Opportunity
The Warehouse & Logistics Associate plays an important role in shipping, receiving, inventory control, material flow, and general logistics coordination. This position helps ensure that parts, materials, and finished goods move through the business accurately, safely, and on schedule.
This is more than a basic shipper/receiver role. We are looking for someone who can bring sound judgment, strong organizational habits, and practical operational awareness to the position. The right candidate does not need to be a logistics professional, but should be capable of adding value through better coordination, accuracy, follow-through, and support for an efficient supply chain and warehouse environment.
This is a full-time, year-round position within a growing manufacturing company.
What You’ll Do
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.
Prepare outbound orders, packaging, and shipping documentation for dispatch.
Pick parts and materials accurately to support production and order fulfillment.
Organize and restock shelves, bins, and storage areas to maintain efficient material flow.
Maintain accurate inventory counts, transactions, and related documentation.
Support internal coordination of incoming materials, outbound shipments, and shop-floor requirements.
Assist in identifying shipping, receiving, and inventory issues before they become operational problems.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
Support scrap metal handling and material processing.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with packaging, labeling, cycle counts, and general operational support as required.
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class 5 (non-GDL) driver’s licence
Valid forklift certification (recognized Alberta training provider)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift

Reliable, punctual, and consistent in follow-through
Safety-conscious mindset
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Takes ownership of workspace organization and material control
Able to think one step ahead and help keep operations moving smoothly

Communicates clearly and professionally with internal team members, drivers, and vendors as needed
Previous warehouse experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environment is considered an asset. Experience supporting inventory accuracy, shipment coordination, or material flow within an operational setting will be viewed favourably.
