Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods. Team Supervision: Lead and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow. Logistics Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Order Processing: Monitor order fulfillment, minimize errors, and maintain high accuracy in shipments. Stock Audits & Reporting: Conduct regular stock audits, generate reports, and analyze data to optimize warehouse efficiency. Space Utilization: Organize and optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and improve operational efficiency. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and handling of warehouse equipment and machinery. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any warehouse-related issues, including discrepancies, damages, and delays. Work Environment: Warehouse setting with occasional coordination with vendors, transporters, and internal teams. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
