FC Operations Manager
Responsible for the overall program management of high impact supply chain analytics projects in FC Operations
• Interacts with multiple stakeholders to gather resources, knowledge, technical knowhow and pool them to roll out high impact pilots in the FC Operations
• Day-to-day management of programs and pilots in the domain of operation insights and analytics
• Set up data pipe-line to store and process data for various reporting requirements
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities :
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
• Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. - Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct insightful, adhoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Monitors FC operations key metrics such as productivity, cost economics, escalations etc. and identify areas that need process innovation / re-engineering.
Coordinates with multiple stakeholders such as operations, product management, data science, dev ops, analytics, commercial, security and help business taking critical decision and implement necessary changes
DESIRED PROFILE / SKILL SETS
• Degree with 3-5 years of experience in Operations / strategy / program management / project management
• MBA Graduate from Tier-1 B-Schools preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Analytical Abilities- analysis and interpretation of data to enhance the efficiency
• Strong program management skillset
• Working experience in SQL and Python required
• Ability to impact operations and effect change.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive with Problem Solving attitude
