Job Description
We are looking for Picker and Packer for Navi Mumbai, Vashi location. A Picker and Packer plays a key role in warehouse operations by ensuring customer orders are accurately fulfilled and prepared for shipment.
Experience- 0 to 6months
Salary offered- Upto 18 k
Responsibilities:
Pick items from shelves or storage areas according to order lists or scanners.
Pack products securely and label packages correctly for dispatch.
Check items for damage, quality, and accuracy before packing.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Update inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or handheld scanners (if required).
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements:
SSC/HSC or equivalent (preferred).
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift, move, and pack items safely (may involve physical work).
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
