Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is hiring reliable and motivated Warehouse Picker / Packers to join our logistics team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position offers weekend and night shifts, with weekly pay and an immediate start. You will play a crucial part in our supply chain by ensuring orders are accurately picked, securely packed, and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick items from shelves based on order sheets or handheld scanner instructions.
• *
Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
• *
Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
• *
Maintain clean and organized workstations and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• *
Meet or exceed daily targets for picking and packing.
• *
Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards before packaging.
• *
Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the supervisor.
• *
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth warehouse operation.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• *
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• *
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving packages (up to 20 kg/44 lbs).
• *
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• *
Ability to use handheld scanners or pick lists.
• *
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience

No prior warehouse experience required – full training will be provided.
• *
Previous experience in a similar warehouse, logistics, or distribution role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Working Hours

Weekend Shifts: Saturday and Sunday
• *
Night Shifts: Typically between 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (subject to site location)
• *
Flexibility to work overtime or additional shifts is preferred.
