Priority Worldwide an international freight forwarder seeks a hardworking, responsible Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our team. We are a service company that strives to provide the Ultimate Customer Experience for our clients.

Required Skills and Competencies

Basic written and communication skills
Must adhere to (OHS) Occupational Health & Safety regulations while in the Warehouse area.
Experience operating forklifts.
Strong computer skills which include ability to type 35+ words per minute and efficient use of Windows, MS Office, Mac OSx, CargoWise etc.
Strong customer service & organizational skills
Experience loading and unloading truck
Prior warehouse experience
Legal eligibility to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit)
Previous experience working in logistics fields preferred
Available to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Physical Demands

Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 50+ pounds on a frequent basis.
Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).
What You’ll Do…

As a Warehouse Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations while fostering teamwork and positive relationships. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, and supporting customers with pickup and quote requests. A friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and values teamwork. The ideal candidate values collaboration, ongoing education, and is comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with limited English or French skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Receipt of inbound data inventory orders into Priority Worldwide's warehouse, including computer entry
Preparation of outbound inventory orders from Priority Worldwide warehouse, including computer data entry
Physical inventory, stock management
Weekly/Monthly client reports for inventory management as required
Preparation of Monthly Warehouse billing for all clients to provide to accounting
Running reports and handling research questions as required
Processing returned merchandise form shipping projects and restocking
Maintenance of Kitting, picking bins and stock as required
Semiannual maintenance of forklift(s); Annual recalibration of scale maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all machinery and equipment
Certification in Transport Canada Air Cargo Security Program as an Authorized Cargo Representative.
Assisting in Screening of outbound cargo per ACSP guidelines
Load/unload trucks and containers
Dim/weigh/label/inventory cargo
Keep warehouse and work area clean and organized
Follow all warehouse and office safety and security procedures
Daily upkeep of electric forklift

Hourly $17-$23CAD, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Aptitudes et compétences requises

Compétences de base en communication écrite et orale
Respect obligatoire des règlements de santé et sécurité au travail (SST) dans la zone de l’entrepôt
Expérience dans l’utilisation de chariots élévateurs
Solides compétences informatiques, incluant la capacité de taper 35+ mots par minute, et l’utilisation efficace de Windows 7, MS Office, Mac OSx, CargoWise, etc.
Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et en organisation
Expérience en chargement et déchargement de camions
Expérience préalable en entrepôt
Admissibilité légale à travailler au Canada (citoyen, résident permanent ou permis de travail valide)
Expérience antérieure dans le domaine de la logistique (préférée)
Disponible du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 17 h
Exigences physiques

Nécessite la capacité de soulever, pousser, tirer et transporter fréquemment des outils et des matériaux d'entrepôt pesant plus de 50 livres.
Nécessite de rester debout ou de marcher pendant de longues périodes, de se pencher fréquemment, de se baisser et de tendre la main quotidiennement.
Nécessite une gamme complète de mouvements physiques pour faire fonctionner des outils et des machines manuels et électriques (c.-à-d. un chariot élévateur).

En tant que Spécialiste de l’Entrepôt, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le bon déroulement des opérations tout en favorisant l’esprit d’équipe et des relations positives. Vos responsabilités incluront la réception et l’organisation de l’inventaire, la préparation des commandes, et le soutien aux clients pour les ramassages et les demandes de devis. Une attitude amicale, un bon souci du détail et un désir d’apprendre sont essentiels. Il s’agit d’un poste pratique dans un environnement rapide, idéal pour une personne appréciant le travail physique et valorisant la collaboration. Le candidat idéal valorise le travail d’équipe, l’apprentissage continu et se sent à l’aise de travailler avec des personnes issues de divers milieux, y compris celles ayant des compétences limitées en anglais ou en français.

Responsabilités principales

Réception des commandes d'inventaire de données entrantes dans l'entrepôt de Priority Worldwide, y compris la saisie informatique
Préparation des commandes d'inventaire sortantes de l'entrepôt Priority Worldwide, y compris la saisie des données informatiques.
Inventaire physique, gestion des stocks
Rapports clients hebdomadaires/mensuels pour la gestion des stocks, selon les besoins.
Préparation de la facturation mensuelle de l'entrepôt pour tous les clients à fournir à la comptabilité
Rédiger des rapports et traiter les questions de recherche selon les besoins
Traitement des marchandises retournées des projets d'expédition et du réapprovisionnement
Entretien du kitting, des bacs de cueillette et du stock selon les besoins
Entretien semestriel du(des) chariot(s) élévateur(s) ; recalibrage annuel de la maintenance de la balance, réparation et entretien de toutes les machines et équipements.
Certification dans le cadre du programme de sûreté du fret aérien de Transports Canada en tant que représentant autorisé du fret.
Aider au contrôle des marchandises sortantes conformément aux directives de l'ACSP
Charger/décharger des camions et des conteneurs
Dim/peser/étiqueter/inventorier la cargaison
Garder l'entrepôt et la zone de travail propres et organisés
Suivre toutes les procédures de sûreté et de sécurité de l'entrepôt et du bureau.
Entretien quotidien du chariot élévateur électrique

Salaire horaire entre 17 $ et 23 $ CAD, selon l’expérience
