Job Description
Location: SECTOR 4 NEAR BY 16 METRO STATION
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
o Facilitate a smooth on boarding process for new hires, including orientation and introduction to the organization’s culture and values.
2. Employee Relations:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for employees’ HR-related queries and concerns.
o Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
3. Performance Management:
o Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking performance metrics and assisting in goal-setting.
o Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
• Education: Gradation complete
• Experience: 1 Year
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws in India.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Salary: 18k to 25k
