Manager HR Location: Mulund, Mumbai, India or Mira Road,Andheri Reports to: Director What we expect Manpower recruitment as per the business requirements Co-ordinate and conduct onboarding for new joiners Managing & Maintaining Staff personal records Support in implementation of Performance Management Process Manage compensation structure and salary processing Conduct engagement initiatives for staff motivation Ensuring employee retention in business HR Operational work Support in Identifying Training need & deliver of training with other Managers Monitor adherence to company policies and HR SOP Working with respective Manager, ensuring appropriate Manpower Deployment How we expect you to do it Helping the Manager to take correct hiring decision Implementing the Performance Management process Supporting organisation in developing the skill for its employee Management of Employee salary and ensuring its payment as per attendance Maintenance of leave records as per Company's Policy Employee engagement initiatives Monitor adherence to company policies and HR SOP Do you fit in Graduate / MBA in HR with relevant work experience of 4-6 years Effective HR administration and people management skills Exposure to payroll practices Understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
