Web Hosting Support at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline

Technical/Functional Skills

Must have experience working in the web hosting industry.
• In-depth experience with cPanel and Plesk.
• Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Driven to be the best and you have examples to prove it.

Roles & Responsibilities

Solve their web technology problems using chat, email/tickets, and phone.
• Install, configure, maintain, and solve errors for content management systems including, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
• Explain how DNS and web design tools work.
• Provide customers with a “WOW!” experience.
