SUMMARY OF WORK PERFORMED
“Owns” and executes all events assigned to them from start to finish. This isn't "party planning" this is creating the biggest moments of someone's life.
Communicates effectively with clients to understand their overall vision and requests for an event. Coordinates and executes all aspects of a tasting with current clients. Finalizes menus and design elements, event timelines, packing lists, conducts walk-throughs and prepares final invoices. Gathers site specs and information and prepares a site layout for their event. Communicates with event venues to coordinate event logistics while maintaining positive relationships. Secures necessary equipment, linen, décor items and other rentals needed to achieve a successful event.
Collaborates with field kitchen team to prepare and plate all components of the meal. Directly supervises event wait staff and bartenders to set up event, execute delivery of food and beverage items, and break down of event while ensuring high degree of service quality.
This is a Seasonal/Full Time/ Part Time position. Part Time averages 22-24 hours per week. Full Time averages 24-28 hours per week. Could increase during peak wedding season. Tip is additional per event.
Hours will vary based on the seasonal volume of scheduled events. Requires a commitment to work weekends and weekday evenings when an onsite presence is required.
