Part-Time Weekend Stylist

French Cuff Boutique is a thoughtfully curated women’s fashion destination in Houston, known for elevated style, personal connection, and refined service. With locations in West University, Tanglewood, Town & Country, and River Oaks, we create a boutique experience where women feel confident, seen, and beautifully styled.
Weekends at French Cuff are lively, engaging, and full of opportunity. We are seeking experienced Stylists who genuinely enjoy that rhythm — and who bring both polish and sales drive to the floor.
The Opportunity
We are hiring Part-Time Weekend Stylists who want flexible hours while remaining deeply committed to performance and client experience.
This role is ideal for a seasoned retail professional who:
• Loves the energy of busy selling days
• Finds fulfillment in building client relationships
• Takes pride in personal sales results
• Brings reliability and professionalism to every shift
Weekends are when our boutiques shine — and we are looking for stylists who feel motivated, not overwhelmed, by that momentum.
Schedule Expectations
• Availability for at least three weekends per month
• Rotating Saturdays (open 10a–5p)
• Rotating Sundays (open 12p–5p at select location)
• Typical full-day shift: approximately 9:30a–5:15p
• Occasional weekday shifts as business needs arise
Our ideal candidate genuinely wants weekend hours and sees them as prime time to connect, sell, and grow.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver personalized, elevated styling experiences that build confidence
• Drive individual sales goals and contribute meaningfully to store performance
• Build and maintain an active client book through thoughtful outreach and follow-up
• Lead strong fitting room experiences with natural confidence and warmth
• Open and close the store (excluding keyholder responsibilities)
• Handle transactions, returns, and daily operational responsibilities with care
• Maintain a polished and inviting store environment
• Balance sales energy with professionalism and grace
This is a sales-forward role. Our weekend Stylists are expected to show up prepared, engaged, and motivated to perform.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
• 2+ years of fashion retail experience required
• Boutique or luxury experience preferred
• Proven strength in fitting room conversion and personal selling
• Comfort with client outreach and CRM engagement
