We’re looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales Consultant to join our Oxenford team.
This is more than a counter role. You’ll be trained to become a trusted advisor in wheel and tyre packages, suspension upgrades and performance setups. You don’t need tyre industry experience — but you do need drive, curiosity and strong people skills.
The Role
24 hours per week (3 days) to start
May include Saturday mornings (8am–12pm)
Opportunity to grow into full-time
Based at our Oxenford store
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and run the front desk with confidence
Answer phones and respond to enquiries promptly
Convert enquiries into booked jobs
Handle payments and manage daily transactions
Work closely with the workshop team to keep jobs flowing
Learn our systems and processes inside out
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Are genuinely passionate about cars, 4x4, performance or modifications
Have retail or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
Enjoy working towards being the best
Are confident communicating face-to-face and over the phone
Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Take pride in being reliable and professional
Hold a current driver’s licence
Are willing to complete a police check
