Job Description
Lovely opportunity for a Wholesale Operations Executive to join an innovative, beauty brand. The successful person will support the requirements of the Operations team, primarily through the efficient processing of product orders and close management of support networks.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Manage all aspects of customers’ orders processing and fulfilment
• Working closely with warehouses to obtain order updates, dispatch information and special project timelines
• Supporting Finance in dealing with POD requests, credit notes, invoicing, and dispute management
• Liaise with the US and UK warehouses on special delivery requests
• Efficiently and effectively resolving any stock errors
• Help manage and support the Operations Administrators by monitoring their performance, delegating tasks, and assisting in their professional development
• Work collaboratively with Sales Teams providing relevant data overviews on key accounts
• Create relevant reports to highlight operational statistics and performance
• Management of stock for special kit requests, PR and Web events and seasonal promotions
The successful person will have prior experience in a similar role within a similar industry, be super organised with the ability to build strong relationships. A passion for the beauty industry is a plus as is Amazon experience and knowledge of SAP. Do not delay and email me your CV today!
